个人简介
Personal Profile
梁金星,东南大学仪器科学与工程学院 教授。日本早稻田大学博士、九州大学硕士。从事石英MEMS传感技术研究,包括石英微加工技术、石英力频谐振器、石英振梁加速度计、石英音叉陀螺、高频小型化石英晶体微天平、流动注射型石英晶体微天平、生物传感器及其他新型机理传感技术等方面的研究。在该领域研究中,发表期刊论文三十余篇,拥有授权日本专利两项,中国专利六项。作为负责人,承担国防重点项目课题一项,国防创新特区项目两项,省部级项目四项。华为、13所等企业合作项目数项。
