个人简介

Personal Profile

洪芦诚,男,清华大学博士,剑桥大学访问学者,东南大学电气工程学院副教授,博士生导师,东南大学电力工程系书记,IEEE会员(IEEE Member),IEEE PES技术委员会(中国)常务理事。主要研究方向包括电力电子化新型电力系统、新能源发电技术、基于人工智能的配用电技术、FACTS装置及其控制技术。

近年主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、江苏省自然科学基金项目1项(优秀结题),中国博士后科学基金会面上项目1项。参与国家自然科学基金6项,国家重点研发计划1项,国家科技支撑计划项目1项。与国家电网公司、南方电网公司、江苏省电力公司、福建省电力公司等单位合作横向课题二十余项。

近年来发表学术论文20余篇,发表期刊包括IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery、IEEE Transactions onPower Electronics、IET Renewable Power Generation、中国电机工程学报、电力系统自动化、中国电工技术学报等国内外一流刊物,授权相关发明专利3项。担任IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery、Artificial IntelligenceReview (AIRE)、中国电机工程学院、电网技术等期刊的审稿人,担任水利水电技术期刊特邀编委。
