Personal Profile

目前已主持和参与包括国家重点研发计划在内的10余个国家级科研项目,和多个省部级项目,并且长期与华为等多家知名企合作横向项目。拥有授权国家发明专利20余项,并在国际顶级材料学杂志如Advanced materials 等上发表高水平论文逾100篇,当前H指数为22,论文被引用数逾2000次。2008年获"恩德斯"医学科学技术一等奖;2010年获法国"Nanoscale青年科学家"铜奖(中国仅1人);2013年获南京市科技进步三等奖;2014获欧莱雅"中国青年女科学家称号"。2016年获国家教育部科学技术进步二等奖。2017年入选成为“南京市科技领军创业人才”

  团队目前工作场地在东南大学进香河路35号小白楼,如下图。团队分为材料设备开发组和生物化学实验组。实验室有超净间,STED高分辨荧光显微操作系统,粒度分析仪,红外分析仪,紫外分析仪,酶标仪,基因操作工作站,蛋白质操作工作站等,设备齐全,完全能够给予学生充足的实验设备和优良的实验环境。

项目情况

1. 脑内电极深部干预电刺激项目(项目资助金额100万)

    植入式脑电极电刺激技术的国产化,填补了中国植入式机电一体化高端医疗器械技术的空白,使植入式电子医疗技术迅速赶超国际先进水平。该设备有望降低成本制造和运营优势,造福于中国广大精神和神经疾病患者,降低中国病人和社会的医疗成本,同时,植入式脑神经电刺激的开发和制造,能有力推动中国脑科学基础医学研究和临床医学发展,开创和带动中国精密加工技术和医用植入式材料技术相关产业链的创新和发展。

2. 柔性可穿戴设备开发项目(项目资助金额100万)

    汗液中包含大量的人体电解质、代谢物、营养物、蛋白质分子等重要生命物质,这些物质的变化能够精准的反映出人体健康及相关疾病状况。可穿戴柔性芯片的出现使得基于汗液监测技术成为可能,实现了从分子层面实时、连续、无创地监测人体生理指标,在医疗领域中初步展现了一定的应用价值。本项目自主研发的柔性可穿戴汗液监测设备作为能连续监测生命体征和生化指标的非侵入式医疗级器件,通过实时监测、反馈、评估等方式有益补充了临床对人体健康实时监测的困难,有助于临床有效监测人生理状态,并且,对于有需要的患者,该类设备能实现对各类疾病提前预警,科学指导患者用药,这就有望实现“治未病”及“主动健康”,缓解医疗卫生资源短缺的状况。因此,该设备具有广阔的市场前景。

3.类手臂光学、血红蛋白载体项目。(项目资助金额140万)

  与华为合作研发的类手臂皮肤、血氧仿体,将用于测试华为手表等体外可穿戴设备的实际使用性能。为后续产品的开发提供标准品。
