Personal Profile
刘升恒现为东南大学信息科学与工程学院副教授,博士研究生导师,网络通信与安全紫金山实验室双聘咨询专家。分别于2010年及2017年在北京理工大学信息与电子学院获工学学士及博士学位。其间于2015年至2016年获国家留学基金委资助,赴美国天普大学电气与计算机工程系博士联合培养1年。2017年4月至2018年8月受英国工程和自然科学研究委员会项目资助,在爱丁堡大学数字通信研究所从事博士后研究工作。2018年9月由东南大学全职引进回国工作。
现主持省部级以上项目及子课题5项;作为主要完成人曾参与国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、总装预研项目等多项课题研究。在国际著名期刊如IEEE TSP等及高水平国际会议发表论文逾80篇,其中SCI收录40余篇;申请发明专利60余项。为IEEE会员及中国电子学会、中国通信学会高级会员,IEEE信号处理协会信号处理理论与方法(SPTM)技术委员会预备委员(Affiliate Member)。长期担任IEEE TSP, TPAMI, TNNLS, TAES等SCI收录的国际顶级期刊审稿人,并获2019年度IEEE仪器与测量汇刊(TIM)杰出审稿人、2020–2022年IEEE医学成像汇刊(TMI)银牌审稿人。曾获2017年度中国通信学会优秀博士学位论文奖和东南大学第29届青年教师授课竞赛三等奖。获东南大学“至善青年学者”计划A层次支持。
曾担任2017年IEEE成像系统与技术会议(IST)、2020年IEEE无线通信与网络会议(WCNC)分会场主席(Session Chair),以及2019-2021年IEEE国际通信会议(ICC)通信信号处理研讨会,2020年传感阵列与多通道信号处理会议(SAM),2021年国际雷达会议的技术程序委员会成员(TPC Member)。牵头在2022年IEEE雷达会议组织"毫米波雷达系统及算法"专题研讨会,牵头在2021年IEEE信号处理协会旗舰会议ICASSP中组织“赋能新应用的智能传感与通信方法” 专题研讨会,牵头在2021年国际雷达会议组织“雷达系统中的波形分集” 专题研讨会。还担任2021年中国光学工程学会雷达与信号处理技术及应用研讨会“微弱运动目标探测与智能感知技术” 专题主席。
目前主要从事智能感知与无线通信算法相关的教学科研工作。
