Personal Profile
朱旖旎,东南大学副研究员,分别在华中科技大学获得本科学位和硕士学位,并于University of Notre Dame获得博士学位。2024年4月,受聘加入东南大学医学院病原免疫微生物学系。本人在肿瘤基础研究领域研究超十年,在肿瘤基础研究领域深耕十余年,既具备丰富的学术研究经历,又在早期药物研发方面拥有宝贵的工业界实践经验。主要目标聚焦于通过解析肿瘤基础机制,开发新型实体瘤治疗药物及策略,并力求实现其临床及市场转化,以期为肿瘤患者带来更长的生存期和更好的生活质量。
当前,实验室的目前主要研究方向包括1、肿瘤发生发展的分子机制研究;2、靶向治疗和小分子药物早期开发;3、利用高通量基因筛选和单细胞测序等技术手段,研究肿瘤内在机制及其微环境,尤其包括浸润性T淋巴细胞,以解决肿瘤免疫治疗耐药性问题;4、研发新型肿瘤特异性抗原递送方式及载体,以特异性提高患者自身免疫系统对肿瘤细胞的识别与杀伤。
目前以第一作者在Science Immunology, iScience, Prostate等期刊,以共同作者在Cell Metabolism, Advanced material, ACS Nano, Cancer Research, Communication biology 等期刊上发表高水平论文。参与多项NIH RO1、Pardee Foundation等基金资助项目,回国后先后获得南京市留学人员科技创新项目、国自然青年项目资助。研究成果揭示了若干新的促癌蛋白,并深入阐明了肿瘤发生发展的分子机制,为破解前列腺癌免疫治疗耐药问题提供了新的思路和理论支持。
