迄今在《Physics Review Letters》、《Materials Today》、《Advanced functional Materials》、《Acta Materialia》、《Corrosion science》、《Physics Review B》、《Applied Physics Letters》等权威国际期刊上发表学术论文近40篇,单篇最高SCI引用181次,申请发明专利多项,其中一项专利获选“2019年度非晶合金优秀专利”。多次应邀担任Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids、Journal of Alloys and Compounds,Journal of physics and chemistry of solids等学术期刊审稿人,在国际、国内学术会议上多次作邀请报告,参与组织国内外学术会议多次,2016年担任“非晶合金结构与性能研讨会(2016)”组委会秘书、“International Symposium on Microscopy & Microanalysis of Materials (ISMMM2016)”国际电镜会议组委会秘书,2017年担任“非晶合金结构与性能研讨会(2017)”组委会委员,2018年担任“Physics of Supercooled Liquids Workshop”国际非晶会议组委会秘书、“QENS-WINS”国际中子会议地方委员会委员。主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、军委科技委项目、江苏省自然科学基金。

开设6门课程:计算材料学(本科);智能化加工原理与技术(本科);快速凝固法制备合金及其表面改性实验(本科);磁性材料 (本科);非晶态物质概论 (全英文课程)(本科);科技论文写作与发表(全英文课程)(研究生) ,指导学生多次荣获省级和校级荣誉,已指导8项大学生科学研究训练项目(SRTP),支持了40余名本科生利用实验室开展科技实践拓展训练。
