科研项目

龙尔平课题组主要运用“临床医学-人工智能-基因组学”多学科交叉的研究手段,开展人类复杂性疾病的遗传易感性研究和智慧医疗的转化应用: 

1.    运用单细胞和功能组学技术,挖掘复杂性疾病GWAS基因座区域内的功能位点和易感基因;

2.    整合基因组学和群医学队列数据,揭示重大疾病间的共性遗传基础和多效性演化规律;

3.    基于临床数字化档案和机器学习算法,探索大数据驱动的重大慢病智慧医疗模式与落地应用。
