
东部战区总医院神经外科学科带头人,科室主任,医学博士、博士后,主任医师、教授、博士生导师、博士后联系导师。兼任中华医学会神经外科学分会全国青年委员会副主任委员、中国医师协会神经外科医师分会委员会全国委员、国家卫健委脑出血外科诊疗能力提升项目专家委员会青委执行主委等职务。
先后于美国Barrow神经科学研究所、美国UPMC神经外科神经内镜中心、美国麻省总医院神经内分泌中心、澳大利亚新南威尔士大学交流访问;2014年牵头成立了内镜及垂体腺瘤诊治中心并担任中心主任;2018年中心被授予中国医师协会内镜颅底外科技术培训基地;2021年任东部战区总医院神经外科科室主任。
带领的团队长期致力于脑肿瘤的临床与基础研究。在国际上首创神经内镜“经一又二分之一鼻腔入路”,倡导内镜经鼻颅底骨瓣复位技术和硬膜缝合技术,得到国内外同行广泛认可。对垂体腺瘤、胶质瘤等脑肿瘤精准诊疗的分子机制进行深入研究,坚持多学科交叉,取得了一系列创新性成果,在脑肿瘤研究领域处于国际领先地位。入选南京军区334高层次人才、江苏省333人才、江苏省“六大高峰人才”、江苏省医学重点人才等。先后主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后基金、江苏省“六大人才高峰”课题、江苏省社会发展面上项目等。先后获得王忠诚中国神经外科青年医师奖、全军医疗成果二等奖、教育部科技进步一等奖、江苏省卫生厅新技术引进奖等。以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI及核心期刊论文60余篇,获得国家专利8项,主译《经鼻内镜颅底肿瘤手术学:多学科合作》,参与编著《神经外科手术彩色图解》、《内镜颅底外科手术入路》、《脑膜瘤》、《颅底脑膜瘤》等专著。
