研究兴趣
以“基于生物反应网络的高性能生物传感应用”为主题,以生物分子为基本结构工具,结合分子工程技术和生物传感技术,构建了系列生物反应网络,并将其应用于高性能生物传感器的设计和活细胞内精准化学测量,开展了系列创新性研究:(1)构建了系列生物反应网络体系,揭示细胞内复杂分子网络的作用机制,进而建立基于生物反应网络的多元组分识别、多信号协同响应和时间选择性传感新原理;(2)发展基于空间限域效应的生物反应网络生物传感探针,通过提高局域浓度显著提高了生物传感的灵敏度、响应速度和选择性;(3)将新型生物传感器应用于活细胞内的精准测量,实现活细胞微环境,脑疾病相关分子智能检测和精准成像分析,为科学研究和临床诊断提供新的工具。围绕上述研究开展了系统工作,取得了阶段性成果,并产生第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)论文25篇,包括J. Am. Chem. Soc. 6篇、ACS Nano 5篇、Nano Lett. 1篇、Chem. Sci. 1篇、Anal. Chem. 3篇、Chem. Soc. Rev. 2篇。研究成果受到国内外同行广泛关注,被Nat. Chem.和Nat. Catal.等期刊正面引用或大篇幅重点介绍2900余次。作为项目负责人承担国家省部级项目3项,曾获得江苏省优秀博士学位论文奖和江苏省材料学会优秀教学成果一等奖(排4),受聘《中国化学快报》青年编委。
