Personal Profile

教授(三级教授),博导。

东南大学医学院遗传与发育生物学系,系主任,发育与疾病相关基因教育部重点实验室PI。德国马哥德堡大学医学院、香港大学医学院访问学者。江苏省青蓝工程中青年学术带头人,江苏省青蓝工程青年骨干教师。

主要从事消化系统肿瘤相关基因表观遗传调控及表观遗传标志及其应用研究。

以负责人承担国家自然基金重大研究计划及面上项目等各类课题10余项。总计发表各类研究论文80余篇,其中SCI 论文 50余篇,以第一和通讯作者发表SCI 文章40余篇(12 篇 IF>5)。参编全国统一教材3部。其中《医学遗传学》为国家“十一五”规划教材,《医学遗传学》为国家“十二五”规划教材。申请发明专利9项,其中授权发明专利7项。

现任学术兼职为:中国遗传学会,理事;江苏省遗传学会,副理事长;江苏省医学会医学遗传学专业委员会,副主任委员;中国遗传学会教育教学委员会,委员;中国抗癌协会肿瘤标志专业委员会,委员;中国抗癌协会肿瘤病因学专业委员会,委员;中国抗癌协会肿瘤代谢专业委员会,委员;中美抗癌协会,会员。
