个人简介

Personal Profile

东南大学首席教授,江苏省特聘教授(优先支持),国家杰青。主要研究方向为柔性射频技术(包括柔性天线、滤波、场效应管等微波、毫米波器件与电路、无线能量传输与收集系统、零功耗无线通信系统)、应用计算电磁学(包括AI+CEM、电磁空间数字孪生)。2005年获东南大学电磁场理论与微波技术专业博士学位,同年起在东南大学毫米波国家重点实验室工作。分别与2006、2008年破格晋升为副教授、教授,2013年作为“华英学者”访问美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校(UCSD)。在包括本领域顶刊IEEE Trans.on AP、IEEE Trans.on MTT、Light: Science & Applications等在内的高水平期刊上发表80余篇论文,主持国家、省部级及与国内头部企业合作项目几十项。先后入选"华英学者"、江苏省六大高峰人才、教育部新世纪人才、教育部首批黄大年式教师团队,曾获中国电子学会优秀科技工作者称号。是中国电子学会高级会员、IEEE高级会员,中国电子信息发展战略研究专家。现为东南大学柔性射频技术研究中心主任,东南大学科研院院长,江苏省柔性可穿戴通信创新技术中心主任、教育部前沿科学中心执行主任。

团队目前有教授、副教授、博士后及硕博学生40余人,拥有高性能电磁计算软硬件平台、微波毫米波近远场测试平台、柔性半导体及无源射频器件加工测试平台(百级洁净间)、柔性射频器件弯曲、拉伸等状态下性能测试平台以及背向散射通信实验平台。欢迎对电磁材料、电磁智能计算、柔性射频器件与低功耗通信系统感兴趣的老师、通信加入和交流

项目情况

当前重点开展的科研项目主要有:

1、国家自然科学杰出基金项目:开展基于AI(人工智能)、QI(量子智能)、BI(类脑)等的高效电磁计算、电磁空间数字孪生及其在雷达隐身、RCS缩减、电磁兼容以及半导体、IC 及超材料等建模设计应用研究;

2、GF相关项目:人体、昆虫等柔性可穿戴、低功耗无线通信系统以及射频模组研究。主要包括新型柔性电磁材料、柔性射频天线、传输、滤波、吸波、衰减、功分等射频器件与电路,低功耗唤醒模块、无线能量传输与能量收集系统,基于背向散射通信等传输系统;

3、中国移动产学研合作项目:主要开展柔性射频天线及其应用研究;


科研项目

现正牵头承担国家自然基金委杰出青年基金项目、江苏省柔性可穿戴无线通信JMRH创新平台、教育部创新团队项目、GF重点项目、中国移动、中航工业飞机设计研究所等头部企业合作项目等。
