过去研究方向：MHCⅠ类分子在中枢神经系统的表达及功能是神经免疫领域的研究热点。本实验室前期结果以及其它研究报道显示神经元MHCⅠ类分子在发育期为时空特异性组成型表达，在突触可塑性及其依赖的运动学习等过程发挥生理功能，当突触可塑性完成后基本关闭表达。这种表达模式类似于免疫细胞MHCII类分子表达模式，因此提出：神经元可能采用类似于免疫系统MHCII类分子的表达调控方式参与MHCⅠ类分子的表达调控。我们综合运用多种方法，在细胞、组织、动物模型水平探究发育过程中神经元MHCⅠ类分子的组成型表达调控机制。在此基础上进一步探索该机制在神经发育、神经功能以及神经退行性疾病中的作用。
目前研究方向：肿瘤的神经支配及其作用机制研究。原发性肝癌占全球恶性肿瘤死亡率第 3 位，其中肝细胞肝癌占 75%-85%。肝癌早期诊断不佳，总体预后差。肿瘤的神经免疫调控是近年来肿瘤研究领域的最热点。课题组将聚焦于解析原发性肝癌演进过程中肿瘤细胞-神经-免疫细胞的互作关系，寻找这一演进过程中的关键分子和关键细胞，为肝癌的临床诊治提供科学依据和全新思路。
