围绕本能行为及其相关疾病,结合多种动物模型,运用分子生物学、神经环路示踪工具、神经活动记录/操纵(如钙成像、光/化学遗传学等)、行为学等多种方法,研究社交、饮食、情绪等本能行为及其相关疾病(如自闭症、社恐、暴/厌食症、强迫症等)神经环路和分子机制。已有相关成果发表在《Nature Communications》(亮点文章)、《Hepatology》(亮点文章)、《Cell Death & Disease》、《iScience》、《Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry》、《British Journal of Nutrition》(受点评文章)、《Molecular Brain》等期刊,申请五项中国发明专利,其中三项已获授权。
申请者所在的东南大学“发育与疾病相关基因”实验室为教育部重点实验室,实验平台完善,实验设备齐全(包括数台荧光共聚焦显微镜、光遗传设备等、冰冻切片机、光纤记录系统、电生理膜片钳系统,SPF级实验动物中心和动物特殊行为分析环境等)。实验室与南京脑观象台(程和平院士工作站)有合作基础,已有一套FHIRM-TPM 微型双光子显微镜常驻申请者所在实验室。申请人所依托的课题组配备有完善的活体定位注射实验操作台、各种行为学检测系统和常见分子生物学实验如免疫荧光染色等所需的仪器设备。此外,申请人长期从事动物本能行为的神经环路机制研究,具有扎实神经生物学研究背景和经验。
