个人简介
Personal Profile
陈喆,博士,副教授。主要研究方向毫米波太赫兹CMOS/SiGe高速通信芯片、毫米波太赫兹频率源芯片等。主持国家重点研发计划项目芯片课题、国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目,及国内企业联合开发芯片项目等。在国际核心期刊IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits, IEEE Transections on Microwave Theory and Techniques, IEEE Transections on Circuits and Systems-I, IEEE Solid State Circuits Letters, IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters,及国际学术会议IEEE International Solid State Circuits Conference (ISSCC), IEEE International Microwave Symposium (RFIC) 等上发表学术论文八十余篇,持有多项国家发明专利,在国际学术会议作邀请报告及担任国内太赫兹学术会议TPC共主席等,担任多个国际核心期刊审稿人,获得教育部“学术新人奖”、华为-东南大学“紫金青年学者”。
