Personal Profile
陈喆,博士,副教授。于2016~2018赴美国德州大学作博士后研究,主要研究方向为硅基毫米波太赫兹单片集成电路、毫米波电路与系统等。主持及作为主要参与人的项目有:国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金面上基金、国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家863项目等。目前在IEEE Transections on MicrowaveTheory & Techniques, IEEE Solid-State Circuits Letters, IEEE Microwave andWireless Components Letters, IET Microwaves, Antennas andPropagation, Electronics Letters 等国际核心杂志上,及国际知名会议IEEE International MicrowaveSymposium (IMS),IEEE International WirelessSymposium,Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference等上发表论文三十余篇,申请及授权多项发明专利,并受邀担任IEEE JSSC,IEEE TMTT等国际核心期刊审稿人。
Zhe Chen receivedPh.Ddegreein EM-field Theory and Microwave Techniquesfrom Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2014.He is currently an Associate Professor in State Key Lab of Millimeter Waves,School of Information Science and Technology, Southeast University. Hisresearch interests include silicon-based millimeter wave and THz integratedcircuits, and systems, etc. He has published papers onsilicon-based MMIC design, including journal papers on IEEE Trans. MicrowaveTheory & Tech, IEEE Solid-State Circuits Letters,IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters, IET Microwaves, Antennas andPropagation, Electronics Letters. He has also published several conferencepapers in IEEE International Microwave Symposium(IMS), IEEE International WirelessSymposium and Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference, and hold several patents. Hehas been invited as reviewer for IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, IEEETrans. Microwave Theory & Tech, IEEEMicrowave and Wireless Components Letters,IEEETrans.Circuits and Systems II, etc.
