
2009年本科毕业于东南大学电子科学与工程学院,2014至2015年于美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室联合培养,2016年博士毕业留校任教至今。主要从事低维电子材料结构与物性的原位电子显微学研究以及纳米材料/技术在电子器件、能源环境上的应用。发表论文70余篇,包括Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Small、Nano Research等,被引4000余次;出版英文著作1章,中文编著1本。 |
