李健,男,1977年5月生,博士,教授,硕士研究生导师。

学习及工作经历

1996年9月至2001年6月就读于东南大学,获临床医学学士学位。

2003年4月至2004年6月,在丹麦奥胡斯大学人类遗传系作为research trainee进行癌症基因组学以及癌症耐药机理研究。

2004年7月至2008年11月就读于丹麦奥胡斯大学,获医学博士学位。导师:Lars Bolund、杨焕明教授

2008年11月至2014年7月为奥胡斯大学研究助理、博士后、主要研究员和访问学者。

2014年7月至2020年7月受聘为东南大学生命科学研究院(自2019年起单位更名为生命科学与技术学院)副研究员。

2020年8月至今受聘为东南大学生命科学与技术学院教授。

研究成果

研究方向:生物信息学及系统生物学。主要从事基因组学、肿瘤免疫治疗、使用高性能计算、深度学习与基因组学研究复杂疾病及性状、便携式测序设备数据处理分析。

构建中国人代表性基因组参考序列。构建中国人群HBV病毒感染相关肝癌基因组数据库。研究基因组甲基化与人体健康的相关性,并使用基因组甲基化数据指标预测疾病风险。使用基因组学用于国防项目应用。

发表学术论文情况:主要成果发表于Breast Cancer Research、J Invest Dermatol、Cancer Discovery等著名期刊。目前共发表学术论文24篇。在国际学术会议上发表会议摘要16篇,并多次受邀在学术会议发言。申请发明专利4项,授权软件著作权4项。
