东南大学首席教授、二级教授、博士生导师、国家级高层次人才、国家级青年人才。现承担国家重点研发项目、基金委重点项目及面上项目。曾获新加坡国家医学研究理事会(NMRC)转化与临床研究、新加坡卫生部物医药研究理事会(BMRC)项目、江苏省杰出青年基金,江苏省“双创人才“等多项基金资助。于东南大学临床医学院获临床学士学位,美国Stowers 医学研究所获博士学位。曾任新加坡分子与细胞生物学研究所(IMCB,A*STAR)青年研究员(独立PI)。现为中国细胞生物学会染色质分会常委、秘书长,江苏省细胞与发育生物学学会副理事长,江苏省医学遗传学分会副主任委员,江苏省遗传学会理事,国际学术杂志 Molecular and Cell Biology 编委,国际学术杂志 ELife 特邀评审。主要研究方向为细胞命运决定的转录及表观遗传调控。在CellMol CellNat Cell Biol.、Nat Struct Mol Biol.、Genes Dev.Sci Adv.Nat Commun.、eLife 等杂志发表SCI论文40余篇,引用 4000余篇次。
