博士，副教授，博士生导师/硕士生导师，东南大学至善青年学者，全国MEM论文评审专家，美国普渡大学（Purdue University）、新西兰奥克兰大学（University of Auckland）访问学者，江苏省心理咨询师。主要从事智能建造与运维（安全）管理研究（运用数字孪生等技术对设计方案进行仿真模拟与优化），工程大数据管理创新（多模态数据融合、工程建设领域大语言模型等），人机协同安全管理，城市智慧与可持续发展等方面的研究与教学工作。曾担任土木工程学院团委副书记、辅导员（08级、10级本科生）、东南大学青年教师专项辅导员（2022-2024）。
中国建筑学会工程管理研究分会会员、中国环境科学学会室内环境与健康分会青委会委员，江苏省建筑业发展研究中心成员，担任江苏省工程质量最高荣誉奖“扬子杯”（智能建造专项）评审专家，承担多个行业转型升级与高质量发展研究课题，曾获得江苏省建设科技创新成果二等奖等荣誉。
