泌尿系肿瘤的外科微创治疗,肾脏肿瘤的转化研究

本硕博毕业于海军军医大学，任中华医学会泌尿外科分会基础学组委员，江苏省抗癌协会泌尿男生殖系专业委员会委员，《国际泌尿系统杂志》及《Clinical Genitourinary Cancer》编委，教育部青年长江学者，江苏省杰出青年基金获得者。长期聚焦肾脏肿瘤的精准诊疗和转化研究，以第一或通讯作者在Cancer Cell、European Urology、Nature Communications、Science Advances等杂志发表SCI论文17篇，并获国家发明专利授权5项。获全军优秀博士论文，中国医师协会年度最佳临床研究论文奖，教育部科技进步奖一等奖和国家科学技术进步奖二等奖项。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、博士后创新人才支持计划，江苏省六大人才高峰等课题，作为学术骨干参与国家重点研发计划。受英国皇家外科学院邀请，参编英文专著《Kidney cancer》。
擅长泌尿系肿瘤、泌尿系结石、前列腺疾病的诊治，主要研究方向及技木特长为微创腔镜手术或机器人辅助微创手术治疗泌尿生殖系统肿瘤（保留肾脏的肾肿瘤切除术，尿路上皮癌尤其是肾盂肿瘤和输尿管肿瘤）及微创治疗泌尿系结石。
