心肌梗死后心室重构的临床及机制研究,心肌肥厚的机制研究

江苏省医学会心血管病学分会基层学组副组长,南京地区胸痛救治中心建设专家组副组长,中国胸痛中心核查专家。国家自然科学基金同行评议专家组成员。中国医师协会心血管内科医师分会女医师工作组委员,江苏省医师协会心脏重症专业委员会委员,江苏省免疫学会心血管免疫专委会常委,冠心病介入诊疗培训基地培训导师

申请者一直致力于冠心病及心肌肥厚的临床及机制研究。与美国佐治亚州立大学唐耀亮教授实验室长期合作,研究缺氧预适应在干细胞治疗急性心肌梗死中的保护作用,证实Notch1/RBP-J信号系统在心室重构中的作用。关键核转录因子GATA4增强了心脏来源的集落成纤维细胞分泌的外泌体的抗凋亡效应。近年来在国家自然科学基金及江苏省自然科学基金的资助下,探讨TRIM家族成员通过泛素化降解影响压力超负荷导致的心肌肥厚。明确TRIM家族中TRIM32,TRIM8通过TRIM32/Akt信号通路及TRIM8/TAK1信号通路在心肌肥厚病理及生理过程中的作用及机制。同时利用大数据系统建立急性冠脉综合征患者近期及长期不良事件的预测模型。
